The Meadow in NYC combines some of my favorite things in one lovely shop. Fresh flowers, fine sea salts, local and rare chocolates and eclectic bitters line the shelves of their adorable little shop. Every time the husband and I are in Greenwich Village we wander in, eager to, at the very least, sample a new chocolate bar.
On our most recent trip in we selected some of their more adventurous sea salts for my future brother in law. Lemon flake salt, Sugar Maple sea salt and roasted cacao beans in tow, we couldn't resist grabbing a piece of artisanal beef jerky made from all local ingredients on the way out. Ever a fan of the saline, I use their salts with devotion.
