Summer is a time of excitement, when ladies everywhere throw on their prettiest dresses and gleefully take to the streets of Manhattan; every day is a veritable fashion show at sidewalk cafes and neighborhood parks. But those flimsy frocks just aren't enough once indoors, with stores and offices often blasting air conditioning. The solution I've been turning to lately?
